This challenge is designed to help you manage both dog training and personal wellness, helping you to build a routine/habits that benefits both you and your your dog.

Challenge Levels


Level 1: 30 Days

  • Dog Training: One session per day

  • Human Workout: One session per day

  • Hydration: 3 liters of water

  • Hobby Time: 10 minutes on a non-dog-related hobby

  • Reflect: Write down your daily wins


Level 2: 60 Days

  • Dog Training: One session per day

  • Human Workout: One session per day

  • Hydration: 3-4 liters of water

  • Hobby Time: 20 minutes on a non-dog-related hobby

  • Reflect: Write down your daily wins


Level 3: 90 Days

  • Dog Training: One session per day

  • Human Workout: One session per day

  • Hydration: 3-4 liters of water

  • Hobby Time: 30 minutes on a non-dog-related hobby

  • Reflect: Write down your daily wins


Rules and Tips


  • Hydration: Include tea, zero-sugar sodas, coffee, hydration packets, and water flavor enhancers.

  • Workouts: Incorporate rest or low-impact days for both you and your dog. Walks and stretching are perfectly acceptable.

  • Hobbies: Your non-dog hobby can vary each day—keep it fun and interesting!


What Constitutes a Win?


We are going to an 80% complete = you finished the challenge.

  • 30 days - 24 days Completed = Win

  • 60 days - 48 days Completed = Win

  • 90 Days - 72 days Completed = Win
